Three years ago, the historic Dillingham Hall at Vermont College (West Street, Montpelier, VT) was purchased as a single family residence.  After having been used as residence when it was first built, it has since been used as a girls dormitory, and offices.  The new owners have taken on the project of renovating this property back into the glorious family home it once was. 

The exterior required extensive renovation including the milling of some moldings to match the existing historic details.
