For the 2008 season, we were hired to build this master suite addition.  This well designed addition contains a master bedroom, changing rooms, master bath and pantry/office area. 

With the exterior details consistent with the original house and the roof lines mimicking those of the existing structure, it is hard to tell where old leaves off and new begins.  In addition to the aesthetics of this project, its function was top of the line as well.  The stained concrete, radiant floor has 4” of insulation, the 6” walls are dense pack cellulose, and the attic is loose blown for an R-value of 51.
