We have built a 2 car garage with a potential apartment above,  plus a mudroom/boiler room as a single story connector.  Like all of our work, careful attention has been paid to matching details in order to blend the old with the new.

Dense pack cellulose in the finished part of the addition yields a high R-value, and a new wood gasifaction boiler is being installed in the boiler room.

The mudroom will have custom cubbies and built-ins for easier organization.
