Upon receiving a referral, the owners of this property contracted with Clar Constr. to restore this single family home after it was severely damaged by fire this past spring. 

After some fairly delicate demolition work (to salvage what we could), we re-framed this hipped roof with hipped dormers  and then commenced with the re-building of the interior.  Under the general contracting of Clar Constr., all new systems (electrical, heating, etc, as well as mostly new drywall (coupled with restored plaster) were completed. This work complemented our own carpentry work that included new interior and exterior trim, wood floors, kitchen upgrade, and bathroom renovations.
