This is a four unit apartment building on Elm St in Montpelier.  In 2006 and 2007 we fully gutted and renovated 2 of the units, and renovated the kitchen and bath of a third.  Pictured here is Unit #3.  Note the use of an antique bureau to house the bathroom sink.
