This is a four unit apartment building on Elm St in Montpelier.  In 2006 and 2007 we fully gutted and renovated 2 of the units, and renovated the kitchen and bath of a third.  Pictured here is Unit #4. 

 Note the updated painted cabinetry.  The original kitchen cabinetry was limited to the short run of cabinets that the sink is housed in.  We built the adjacent “leg” of cabinets to match the existing style, and added new pulls and hinges.
